Palm Trees Rainforest
Is there no alternative to palm oil or the rainforest will be gone to make way for more palm trees?
I Save the Earth looks on BBC1 (UK) and see what happens to these poor creatures is sad to remember seeing the beautiful forest bulldozed make way for palm plantations. Why not do something about research an alternative to palm oil instead of simply raising funds to finance housing for these wild animals homeless. Why should we allow this to happen? It is a shame and something must be done. I can not say for cooking, but Companies use this oil in all of the toothpaste to biscuits and demand is so great that the rainforest could disappear if this continues.
I do not know the answer but I wish I did! I had never heard of palm oil before and I am doing some research on him and how I can avoid buying products that contain them.
